This phase is all about understanding you. We take time to assess your current routine, habits, and lifestyle, and identify what needs to change. You’ll be given simple, achievable targets to start implementing, alongside gradual mindset and lifestyle adjustments to build a strong foundation.

After completing your preparation week, we move into the execution phase. This is where you’ll receive a clear, structured, and foolproof plan tailored specifically to you, based on the insights gathered during phase one. Your check-ins begin here, progress is closely tracked, and this is where real momentum is built and your transformation truly takes shape.

Once your transformation has been achieved, we shift focus to rebuilding and optimising your metabolism to restore energy balance. This is a crucial phase, as it ensures your results are sustainable long-term, setting you up to maintain your progress confidently for life.
